SMAC Board of Directors Election

One seat is up for election this year on the Stoughton Media Access Corporation Board of Directors.  This is a one (1) year term for a new Board Member.  Two (2) if the current Board Member is reelected.

SMAC Producers and paid members will cast their vote for qualified candidates.

Candidates for nomination, reelection or appointment to the Board of Directors shall have demonstrated their interest in the organization by at least one of the following activities:

 • Membership in the organization for at least three (3) months

 • Being a Board member of a non-profit organization in Stoughton

 • Demonstrated experience in film, radio, video, cable production or performing arts

Board members are expected to partake in the activities of the organization, including participation in the Board of Directors and Committee meetings.
