Stoughton voters decided to ban recreational marijuana shops or other recreational marijuana-related businesses from operating in town.
And, for the town-wide write-in efforts, it looks like Pam Carr won a five-year seat on the Redevelopment Authority. She received 180 write-in votes. Stanley Zoll came in second with 101 write-in votes. Michael Horan received 93 write-in votes, winning a five-year seat on the Housing Authority, and William Larkin received 19 write-in votes, winning a 2 year seat on the Housing Authority. Overall, 3,210 residents, or 16.6 percent of voters, went to the polls. Full results can be found here.
